Participating organizations must be registered in RA as HPE partners and present the MAF document provided by the compamny.
Price proposals can be presented in single lots only, one-time. The proposal should include a letter (համաձայն Ձև N 2-ի), a completed questionnaire as well as price quote, terms of delivery and guarantee, which will be the basis for final decision. The presented proposal should be in force at least for the period of 2 weeks from the deadline of submission.

Request for Price proposals is not a tender. It is a procedure to collect available market in information of price proposals which can result in selection of best offer. The procedure of requesting price proposals is not regulated by RA Civil code articles 463-465, 1043-1044 and the Law on Public Auctions of RA:
Price proposals should be presented in sealed envelope not later than 28 April 2023 18:00 (Yerevan time), to the address of National Mortgage Company 22-7/1 Hanrapetutyan Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, 3d floor.
