As a refinancing credit institution, NMC does not provide services directly to individuals.

 

Individuals may safeguard their rights arising from relationships with NMC’s partner financial institutions either by applying to the Financial System Mediator or by pursuing legal remedies through the court system.

Please be informed that, in accordance with Part 3 of Article 141 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations” any person has the right to obtain the following information about the Company: copies of

 

• The Company’s Charter,
• State Registration certificate,
• External auditor's report on financial statements of the Company (at least, for the last year).

 

The above-mentioned information shall be provided by the Company free of charge within five (5) business days upon receipt of a written application. The application may be submitted to the Company
