As a refinancing credit institution, NMC does not provide services directly to consumers.

 

You can protect your rights arising from the relations with NMC partner financial institutions either in court, or you can apply to Financial System Mediator.

Please be aware that according to the 3rd part of 141 article of the Law of RA "On credit organizations", which is also available on our website, anyone has the right to obtain the following information about the Company: Copies of

 

• The Company’s Charter
• State Registration certificate
• External auditor's report on financial statements of the Company (at least, for the last year)

 

The above-mentioned information is provided by the Company free of charge within 5 (five) days after receipt of the written application. The application may be submitted to the Company
