Request for quotations for the procurement of office furniture

Dear Applicant,

 

"National Mortgage Company" RCO CJSC (legal address: 22-7/1 Hanrapetutyan St., Yerevan, RA) hereby invites legal entities (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants") to submit price quotations for the acquisition of office furniture as specified in Table 1.

General Technical Requirements

(Applicable to all products)

  1. Materials and Edging: All wooden/laminate surfaces must be constructed from high-quality Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) or MDF with a minimum thickness of 18 mm. The surfaces of workstations and meeting tables must have a minimum thickness of 25 mm. All visible edges must be finished with impact-resistant ABS edging (minimum 2 mm thickness); paper-based edging is not acceptable.

  2. Hardware (Mechanisms): All doors and drawers for cabinets and pedestals must be equipped with high-quality stainless steel mechanisms. Kitchen furniture must additionally feature soft-close (silent and slow-closing) mechanisms.

  3. Colors and Design: Specified colors (e.g., "light natural wood, matte") are indicative. Upon selection, the Supplier shall provide a catalog of materials and fabrics for final selection by the Client.

  4. Dimensions: A deviation of up to ±5 cm from the external dimensions specified in the table is acceptable, provided it does not compromise the functionality of the furniture.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Lots: Quotations may be submitted in several lots. Each lot must include the entire range of products specified within that lot.

     

  • Delivery Deadline: Goods must be delivered by August 14, 2026. In the case of cabinets, delivery is required within two months following the final on-site measurements.

     

  • Warranty: The proposal must explicitly state the terms and conditions of the warranty.

     

  • Pricing: The quoted price must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, and installation costs.

     

  • Delivery Address: Terminal 5 Business Center, 11th Floor, 16/12 Tigran Mets Ave., Yerevan (Freight elevator available).

     

  • Submission Requirements: The proposal must include a formal letter, a completed Applicant questionnaire, the total price, delivery timelines, and the warranty period. These factors will serve as the primary criteria for selecting the winner, in accordance with Form N 2.

     

  • Submission Method: Proposals must be sent to [email protected] no later than May 29, 2026, at 18:00.

     

  • Validity: The submitted proposal must remain valid for at least two weeks after the submission deadline.

     

  • Evaluation: The results of the RFQ will be finalized by June 15, 2026.

    Please note that this Request for Quotations is not a formal tender. It is a process for gathering market price offers, where the most favorable proposal may be accepted. This process is not governed by Articles 463-465 and 1043-1044 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, nor by the RA Law "On Public Auctions."
