Within the framework of this program, the following were allowed:
- Loans with a higher loan OTI ratio,
- Loans whose amount exceeded the maximum limits of the Company’s standard loan products.
Program results
With BSTDB financing, the Company refinanced approximately 150 mortgage loans. Following the program's conclusion, the Company continues to refinance similar loans using its own resources.

The collaboration with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) began in 2017, aiming to make housing loans more accessible to a broader audience under the Company's minimum quality standards.
