"Jerm Ojakh" program
Impact assessment of the program
The inclusion of the energy efficiency component in renovation loans was aimed at ensuring energy savings and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Total energy savings achieved within the program: 74,685 MW*h/year
- Total reduction in greenhouse gas emissions: 29,060 tons/year
A significant feature of the program was its dedicated website and energy efficiency assessment tool, which allowed users to calculate anticipated energy savings and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. For each loan application, completing an estimate of renovation work through this tool was mandatory.
EU Support
Loans with a minimum energy efficiency component were eligible for grants provided by the EU. Around 7,400 beneficiaries received grants amounting to 5–15% of the loan amount, which was directed toward reducing the loan principal.

"Jerm Ojakh" program
The Company's collaboration with the French Development Agency (AFD) and the European Union (EU) under the "Jerm Ojakh" program began in 2014. The program was implemented in two phases, benefiting approximately 17,200 families in total.
The program's objective was to support low-income borrowers in regional communities in improving and renovating their housing conditions. Initially, the energy efficiency component was not mandatory but later became a key aspect of the program, contributing to reductions in household utility expenses and alleviating the financial burden of loans.
The second phase of the program concluded in 2024. Currently, energy-efficient renovation loans under the "Jerm Ojakh" program are financed through the Green Bond program.
