Dear Applicant,

The "National Mortgage Company" RCO CJSC (legal address: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, 22-7/1 Republic Square) invites legal entities (hereinafter referred to as Applicants) to submit price quotations for the purchase of an electric vehicle, through a request for quotation. The specifications of the vehicle to be purchased are provided below:

Make: Toyota
Model: BZ4X
Year of Manufacture: Not earlier than 2023
Mileage: Maximum 200 km
Battery Capacity: At least 66 kWh
Drivetrain: Front-wheel drive

Participating organizations must be registered in the Republic of Armenia.

The price quotation may be submitted for only one lot, in full.

The price quotation must include:

• A cover letter (according to Form No. 2),
• A completed questionnaire by the Applicant,
• Price,
• Year of manufacture of the proposed vehicle,
• Configuration,
• Detailed specifications,
• Options,
• Warranty service terms (including prices if offered separately),
• Indication of whether your organization has a service station.

These will serve as key criteria for selecting the winner. The submitted offer must be valid for at least 2 weeks from the date of submission.

Please also indicate delivery timeframes and payment terms.

Please note that the request for quotation is not a tender. It is a process for collecting relevant offers available in the market, from which the most favorable may be accepted. This process is not governed by Articles 463-465, 1043-1044 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia or by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Public Bidding.”

Price quotations must be submitted in hard copy, in a sealed envelope, to the Company's office (address: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, 22-7/1 Republic Square, 3rd floor), no later than 18:00 (Yerevan time) on May 24, 2024.
