On Filling the Vacant Position of the Company's Chief Operating Officer

Description

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the credit organization, including the refinancing process, the proper management of relationships with partner financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with minimum quality standards for processes. The COO monitors the key performance indicators of the department under his/her responsibility to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. He/she collaborates with the organization’s CEO and leadership team to organize daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

Operational Strategy and Management

• Participate in the development of the company’s strategy and efforts aimed at the development of the mortgage market.
• Develop and implement strategic programs that align with the organization's mission, vision, and growth objectives.
• Lead and oversee the company’s operational block, including the loan refinancing process.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the company’s efficiency.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators for operational block employees to ensure continuous development.

Loan Process Management

• Work on improving the company's procedures and regulations.
• Monitor the dynamics of loan quality and, when necessary, propose solutions for improving quality.
• Ensure the presence of effective risk management mechanisms to maintain the quality of the loan portfolio and minimize credit risk.
• Oversee loan approval and evaluation processes to ensure compliance with the company's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the monitoring and risk management block to ensure regulatory compliance.

Process Optimization

• Organize and oversee the automation of the loan process, the introduction of new systems, and the improvement of existing systems.
• Ensure the application of best practices in cybersecurity and data protection within the operational block.

Other Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the operational team by fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure continuous training and skill development programs for operational staff, promoting professional growth.

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operational Management, or related fields.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a related field or a sector aligned with the company’s strategic directions, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in operational leadership and process optimization in the field of credit risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of credit regulations, credit risk management frameworks, and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
