The first loan was disbursed by Global Credit UCO in the framework of Social and Energy Efficiency Housing Finance Program.

On July 02, 2014 the first loan was disbursed by Global Credit UCO in the framework of Social and Energy Efficiency Housing Finance Program. The loan amount will be used for EE improvement as well as  home improvements. 

EE improvement includes:

• for replacement of entrance door and windows,
• for installation or replacement of heating system,
• for isolation of outside walls, rood and floor,
• for installation of solar water heaters

Two types of loans are considered to provide

• Micro loans (Loan Amount- From AMD 275,000 up to AMD 2.2 million, loan term-minimum 5 years, interest rate -minimum 14%)
• Energy-efficient loan  (Loan Amount- From AMD 2.2 million up to 5.5 million, loan term-minimum 10 years, interest rate -minimum 11%) 

In the framework of this program the Company corporates with "Anelik Bank", "First Mortgage" UCO, "Armbusinessbank",  "Ardshinbank", "Global Credit" UCO, "Express Credit" UCO, "Kilikia" UCO and "Converse Bank".
