Housing loan refinancing launched for families displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh

The Company has launched a housing loan refinancing program for families displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. Under this program, the Company will refinance housing loans originated under the state support program.

The program enables eligible families to purchase an apartment or a single-family house, construct a single-family house, or renovate an apartment or a single-family house.

The maximum loan amount is AMD 35 million, and the minimum loan term is 10 years.

The program also provides state support for the repayment of loan principal and interest in accordance with the terms established by the Government.

The program aims to help families meet their housing needs and achieve long-term housing stability.
