Request for Price Proposal for the Purpose of Acquisition of Computer Equipment

Dear Applicant

 

National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC (legal address 22-7/1 Hanrapetutyan Street, Yerevan, Armenia) requests submission of Price Proposals from qualified legal entities (thereafter Applicants) for acquisition of computer equipment. The description of the equipment is presented below:

HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen10

Processor: 2x Intel® Xeon® Silver 4116 (12 core, 2.1 GHz, 16,5 MB, 85W),

RAM: 64 GB (4x 16 GB) 1Rx8 PC4-2666V-R Smart Kit,

Storage: 8xHPE 300 GB SAS, 10K , SFF SC DS HDD,

Storage controller: 1 HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR Gen10 Controller,

Network controller:  HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 369i Adapter,

Power supply: 2x HPE 500W FS Platinum Hot Plug LH Power Supply

Price proposals can be presented in single lots only, one-time. The proposal should include a letter (համաձայն Ձև N 2-ի), a completed questionnaire as well as price quote, terms of delivery and guarantee, which will be the basis for final decision. The presented proposal should be in force at least for the period of 2 weeks from the deadline of submission.

Request for Price proposals is not a tender. It is a procedure to collect available market in information of price proposals which can result in selection of best offer. The procedure of requesting price proposals is not regulated by RA Civil code articles 463-465, 1043-1044 and the Law on Public Auctions of RA:

Price proposals should be presented in sealed envelope not later than 15 February 2019 (Yerevan time), to the address of National Mortgage Company.
