Results of the 20th issuance

On May 15, 2020 placement of a 3-year maturity nominal coupon bond issued by NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY RCO CJSC took place at Armenia Securities Exchange. The nominal value of the placed bonds was AMD 10,000, the quantity of the placed bonds was 300,000, the coupon rate is 7.25% and payment frequency is semi-annual. The maturity date is May 15, 2023.

The total value of bids was AMD 3,250,663,931, of which AMD 300,000,000 was submitted by the underwriter of the Company's bond (the issuance was not guaranteed) ARARATBANK OJSC. The weighted average yield was 7.2408%.
