Results of 24th issuance

On March 30, 2023 placement of 3 years maturity period nominal coupon bonds issued by "NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY" RCO CJSC took place at Armenia Securities Exchange. The nominal value of the placed bonds was AMD 10,000, the 12% coupon will be paid twice a year, the maturity date is March 30, 2026.

The total value of accepted bids was AMD 4,985,894,822.67, of which AMD 497,805,500 was submitted by the underwriter/Market Maker of the Company's bond ARARAT BANK OJSC (the issuance was not guaranteed).The weighted average yield was 12.1078%.
