Announcement on public offer of nominal coupon bonds issued by National Mortgage Company
On April 10, 2025 National Mortgage Company RCO is planning the issuance and placement of its nominal coupon bonds.
The placement of bonds will take at the primary floor of the Armenia Stock Exchange.
The placement will be implemented by “ARARATBANK” OJSC. The electronic version of the Notice to Investors is posted at the official web pages of National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC (www.nmc.am) and “ARARATBANK” OJSC (www.araratbank.am).
