Announcement on the Public Offering of Nominal Coupon Bonds Issued by National Mortgage Company

National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC hereby announces that on June 16, 2026, it will conduct the issuance and placement of nominal coupon bonds.

The placement will take place on the primary platform of the Armenia Stock Exchange.

The placement will be carried out by ARARATBANK OJSC as the underwriter.
