The Company signs its inaugural loan agreement with the IBRD

We are pleased to announce a historic milestone: the signing of the Company's inaugural loan agreement with the IBRD, backed by a Government of Armenia guarantee.The agreement was signed by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Edmond Vardumyan, and the Head of the World Bank Armenia Office, Fabrizio Zarcone, in the presence of Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan.

Implemented under the Armenia Housing Response and Mortgage Market Enhancement Project, this important partnership will support refugee households in Armenia by improving access to affordable and stable housing. Furthermore, it will strengthen Armenia’s mortgage market and contribute to a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable housing finance system.
