Changes in the Company’s Board Membership

On September 29, 2025, by Decision No. 005A of the Company’s sole shareholder, the earlier Decision No. 003A of June 19, 2025, appointing Mr. Karen Babayan as a member of the Board, was annulled.

According to Decision No. 005A, Mr. Davit Nahapetyan, Member of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, has been appointed as a member of the Company’s Board.
