First interim green bond report has been published

In December 2024, the Company issued its first green bond to help drive Armenia’s transition to a low-carbon and energy-efficient future.

This report — covering progress as of June 2025 — shows how proceeds have been allocated and the positive environmental results we’ve achieved:

• 785 energy-efficient homes refinanced
• 10.97 million kWh/year in energy savings
• 4,586 tCO₂/year in avoided greenhouse gas emissions
