11 Issue of bonds

Announcement on public offer of nominal discount bonds issued by National Mortgage Company.

On June 24, 2014 National Mortgage Company RCO is planning the issuance and placement of its nominal discount bonds.
The placement of bonds will take at the primary floor of the NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

The placement will be implemented by “Armswissbank” CJSC. The electronic version of the Notice to Investors is posted at the official web pages of National Mortgage Company RCO cjsc (www.nmc.am) and “Armswissbank” CJSC www.armswissbank.am).
