Results of 23th issuance

On December 6, 2022 placement of 3 years maturity period nominal coupon bonds issued by "NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY" RCO CJSC took place at Armenia Securities Exchange. The nominal value of the placed bonds was AMD 10,000, the 12% coupon will be paid twice a year, the maturity date is December 6, 2025.

The total value of accepted bids was AMD 4,947,981,915.80, of which AMD 494,585,696.41 was submitted by the underwriter/Market Maker of the Company's bond ARARAT BANK OJSC (the issuance was not guaranteed).The weighted average yield was 12.4240%.
