The Company’s CEO participated in the business forum organized by BSTDB

On July 10, 2025, the Company’s CEO, Edmond Vardumyan, participated in the “Armenia: Accelerating Regional Success” business forum held in Yerevan, organized by the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB).

As part of the event, Mr. Vardumyan joined the panel discussion titled “Partnering with BSTDB: Insights and Experiences”, where he presented the successful collaboration between BSTDB and the Company.

During his remarks, Mr. Vardumyan also shared the Company’s experience in the fields of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), highlighting both the challenges faced by financial institutions and the achievements that shape a sustainable development agenda in the sector.
